What can stock L03 valve springs handle?

What are the stock L03, aka 305 tbi, valve springs rated at? What's the max lift they can handle?

New ones, about .425".

Used ones, will float at .400" lift and much more than 4000 RPM.

A more aggressive cam, such as a Comp XE or a Crane or Lunati of the same general sort, will almost float them at idle. Even a LT1 cam is too much for used stock springs.
