can someone tell me where the oil pressure sender is on an 85 Z28 305 tpi auto

One on top of the block near the distributor, and one underneath on the driver's side right above the oil filter.

why 2? do both need replaced if oil gauge is at 0?

No, just the upper one. The lower one is actually just an oil pressure switch for the fuel pump.

But some people have expressed only having one or the other, so I pointed out both locations.
