engine codes, stalling problems

engine codes, stalling problems
Does anyone know how to pull the codes off of a ecm on a 1995 pontiac grand prix(3.1 Auto, my other car) The check engine light came on tonight. I have also started having idle problems, would the iac cause a ses light to come on. Car stalles a t red lights with the air on, but with the air off the car runs ok. Any suggestions?

You '95 has an OBD II PCM, and therefore must be scanned with a diagnostic tester or PC emulator. There is no paper clip type trick to retrieve the DTCs on these PCMs. Maybe it's time to invest in a scan tool.
