IAC Adjustment Screw Pic Needed!
I'm not sure where everyone is getting their misinformation, but the IAC is NOT adjustable. It is under complete control of the ECM. The only things you can adjust that are related to it are the throttle minimum air stop screw and throttle position sensor voltage.
This might help a little:

You'll want to fully warm the engine, disable the IAC in the fully closed position, disable the EST (electronic spark timing), set the idle stop screw to the minimum RPM specification, then set the TPS voltage. Reconnect everything, then clear the error codes you may have generated by bypassing the EST.
IIRC, the RPM specification is 400-450 RPM in DRIVE with an automatic, 500-550 RPM in neutral with a manual.
