help with oil pressure....check pics

i need advice....my oil pressure at 2800 rpm is 25 psi and is verified by mechanical gauge and at idel it is at the first line after o psi....is my 305 on its last leg???? seems to run ok though....should i replace engine .it has 180k miles on it thanks for the inpute

If your gauge is reading 0 PSI at any rpm the main bearings are probably toast. If it was me I'd probably a) change the main bearings or b) drive it till it dies and then replace it with a 350...

Oh wait I did do B. lol

Check the pickup screen on the oil pump before you replace the bearings, it may have become partially/mostly blocked by crap.
