I recently brought my car out of storage and the last couple times I drove it, the torque convertor wasn't locking up (wouldn't go into 4th gear) due to lack of being driven. I was told by a local shop that the best remedy is to put 'Sea Foam' in it, and after about 30 miles of driving, the problem should go away. I've heard of this product, but never had to use it before. Do you guys know if it is any good, or do you have a better suggestion on a good product that can help clean up the transmission a little. Also, is it safe to add this product (12 oz), without overfilling the transmission??
