fuel pump

Wuts up guys. Does anyone have an easy explanation on how to change the fuel pump / remove the fuel tank on an 89 Trans Am 305 tbi. Also, the fuel pump i got is a "master". Is that good enough to work on a stock car or is it garbage.

Thanks guys
Chris

Drop thew panhard rod, drop the rear, drop the exhaust & heat shields, drop the tank, remove sender & swap pump. Reverse procedure. Never heard of "Master". I would not trust a "no name" pump, considering the consquences of it's failure.
