RS,
Sorry I can't help with the LS1 specs, but I do know that the LT4 was as follows:
1996 350 ‘Y' BODY LT4 - 203°/210°, .476"/.480", 115° LSA, Part No. 12551142.
The LT4 "hot" cam was like this:
1996 350 ‘Y' BODY LT4 "HOT" - 218°/228°, .525"/.525", 112° LSA, Part No. 24502586.
I also know that the "hot" cam had enough overlap so that there was no EGR valve required to moderate the chamber temperatures and pass emissions, but the "regular" LT4 cam did have an EGR requirement.
