strange occurence

would it be understandable for the cylinder the pcv is drawing from to run leaner than the others? enought to make the header tube glow slightly?
yet the plug has a nice somewhat dark tan hue to it.
curious as to how the rest of you guys with modified tpi's have your hooked up.

the pcv doesnt draw air from any cylinder, it just sits in an opening in the valve cover. you noticed one of your header tubes glowing? pcv has no effect on that at all but you might want to test things like the injectors, ignition and timing if you suspect its running lean.

i must have worded it wrong ,i understand how the system works, what i meant to get across is , if the wrong application PCV valve in conjunction with a larger diameter pcv hose was used could this create a condition that lean out the cyl the pcv used to operate

seeing as how the pcv uses engine vacuum to draw out crankcase pressure if the cyl in question getting an abnormally extra amount of air via the crankcase due to wrong parts could it cause this problem
