Guys, I ABSOLUTELY NEED one of these things. I drove around for 2 summers with a faulty one that literally will be reading 1/2 a tank until I slam on the brakes, then it will go to almost Empty and sit there. When I start it back up, it may go to 1/2 a tank or 3/4 and then back down... its pretty terrible having to calculate mileage in my head every time I fill up so I can ensure that I am not gonna run out of gas.

Who makes a replacement unit for a stock fuel tank setup? I will be using the Racetronix Walbro 340 "Hotwire" kit for a new fuel pump this year but I need a new sending unit before that goes in. I want to put the whole thing in at once.

Whatcha guys got for a factory replacement?

Nope I havent tried Autozone yet actually. I'll probably head to the one thats open 24 hours on 28th street.
