I'm tearing down a 87 TPI Firebird with the 350/auto. It'll be set up strickly for the 1/4 mile. Has anyone had success removing any of the emissions w/o killing the motor and performance? I'm mainly looking to strip some of the tubes on the passenger side. The air has already been removed. And a complete MSD system added. Also has anyone used the K+N RCC5000 air filter instead of the MAF and snorkle tube?
