RPM 2430 HC O180 max,mine O154.CO 1.OO max,mine 3.49.CO2 9.8,O2 4.6. AT 728rpm HC max O12O,mine O218.CO max 1.OO, mine 3.O4,CO2 1O.5,O2 3.8. I have 24lb inj in motor while im collecting parts for new motor.Got my memcal from Howell for 24lb injectors in 92 tpi.Too much? And i think maybe egr didnt lift at idle,when he tried to vacuum pump it the gauge barely moved,but solenoid was good.He passed me on the underhood and on function part of test.Any help appreciated! My initial guess is that you are running rich. What's your setup? Is your AIR hooked up? Have a cat? Were you up to temp? Quick cheat for this may be to switch to a hotter plug by one step or use the gas line antifreeze trick with some higher octane and advance the timing a hair.
One thing i found out was the svo inj are rated higher,now fuel pressure at idle is 36 instead of 42. Have cat and air,all mods are smog legal parts.How much of the gas antifreeze does it take to make work? Would switching back to 22lb for retest mess with memcal?
