i have a 87 firebird 2.8 bored 0.30all rebuilt bigger cam jacobs pro street
ignition my question is my stock fuel injectors flow at 15lb and with the rebuild and cam i wanted to go with bigger injeectors
so this is what i orderd accel 18lb injectors
along with underdrive pulleys from summit i have a hypertech stage II chip in it i want to know will my car be driveable with the bigger injectors i want to be able to break the motor in when i start it for the first time thanx.

Bub,

You may be a little rich in open-loop mode, but once the coolant warms up and the ECM enters closed loop, the fuel should be able to trim down to near original rates. Considering that your engine will now require a bit more fuel, the difference should be negligible. It should at least run through the first 30 minutes of run-in while the car is still parked.
