Spark plug problem?

Spark plug problem?
One of my spark plugs is actually showing a spark through the ceramic part of the back when its in the car and running. The plugs are accel and its not arching on anything.
Is this normal?

It's probably got a hairline fracture in the insulator.
Pull that one out and eyeball it closely.
Note: If it's running ok, don't worry about it. A cracked plug normally let's you know clearly it needs to be replaced.
