question on removing heatsheild on exhaust manifolds.

i pried apart the top part where they are all spot welded together. (drivers side)

it looks like i have to remove some AIR tubes to remove it all the way from the manifold?

help?

sounds like you're not wanting to put them back on. try a cut off disk.

Make sure that you get something to hold the plug wires away from the exhaust manifolds. At least 3 inches away. I melted 3 Accel plug wires that were supposed to be the extreme temp kind. Yeah right. They never touched the manifolds either. Never buy those again.
