Adjustable fuel pressure reg mod worth it?

Hi everyone...just purchased a 1988 Pont GTA from our impound yard for $400....it will not turn over but may be related to the aftermarket alarm...once I get it towed home we will get started on it....

I've read that there is quite a bit of HP/TQ from just bumping up the fuel pressure from 43 to 50psi? Anyone one tried this mod? Also anyother free mods to perform?

I also posted in the electronics section about the odometer flashing 999999 then going out.

Looking forward to using this fourm alot...thanks for any feedback!

Ken

$400? Man, why can't I ever find a deal like that?
I paid $300 for 305 TBI base model with a rod knock
I guess it's all in who ya know....
Check in the tech articles section for your mods, and probably post to the TPI board for those guys to help you out
