Injectors: rebuild or buy new?

I have an 86 z28 with injectors that are leaking pretty badly. My question is, would it be better to get the rebuilt by Rich (downtime is not that big a deal) or buy some new ones. I plan of getting the ford ones if I go that route.

What I am thinking is, I have this 16 year old set of injectors, which will cost about $120 to get cleaned/rebuilt. For another $85, I could have brand new ones and not really have to worry about them failing(Old stuff break:-)). So, how have your rebuilt injectors lasted for the long haul? Does it fix the leaking? I guess it just seems a little goofy to rebuild a 16 year old part when for $85, I could get a brand new one. What do you think? ~Thanks, Arnold

I would not even consider rebuilding injectors.

You can buy new Ford SVOs for $219.

I have some 19lb ones off my 1LE in excellent shape if you need the 19#ers. You can have them for $60
