I have an 87 firebird Formula and it has a lot of emmision hoses and pipes and I was wondering if its possible to put headers on it and not have to take any of the emmision hoses off??? Its a 305.

Yes it is. I just got done putting on the Edelbrock TES system, its totally legal, and a big pain in the as$ to install, but nice when its done.
