If done right, minimal, but why bother? In many cases the emissions stuff helps and rarely hurts performance if you upkeep it. The EGR system is a prime example of this.
Not to metion that tampering with the system is a federal offense.

the only reason i ask is because i might be attempting an engine swap, and i want to knwo if i should hook up all the emissions equipment again
