Please Help!

Recently, my car has had an issue during a cold start.
When it fires-up, the tach jumps high (normal) but then when it goes down it stops and sputters a bit. It then goes up like it should. I ran behind the car, after I started it, and smelled gas while it was sputtering.

I do have a code 32 (on a cold start only). In effort to fix this, I did replace the EGR Solenoid, Valve, and Harness. However this did not fix the problem.

I'm not sure if these 2 problems are related. My primary concern now is the sputtering.
Does anyone have any ideas what would cause this?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I recently replaced my coil, cap, rotor, and plug wires (MSD 8.5mm). My plugs (AC-Delco) are about a year old.

I haven't had time to check them so I'm not sure if they are good.
I kinda hate to think their messed up after only 1 year.
As for the cold start injector, I don't think my car has one.

What did you gap the plugs to when you installed them?
