General tune up questions.

I'm looking to do some of the less thought of tune up procedures and would like some opinions/advice. I've read a lot of opinions on here, but want to get a more narrowed down idea based on my specific car and the climate.

Car is a 1991 Trans Am 305/TPI/105k miles roughly. Everything is stock. Fort Lauderdale, so it's a hot humid hellhole, but great for yearround driving. lol The car is also a daily driver.

First, the rear end gear fluid. Short of checking to make sure it's full, does it need to be changed? If so, let the tech use whatever they use or should I use a specific fluid/gasket? Also, if it IS low should it be changed anyway or is it ok to fill it with any ole rear end fluid?

Next, the transmission. Same deal, change or not, and if changing, shop fluid or bring my own fluid/filter and what kind?

Next, the fuel filter. Just go with a standard replacement or use something better?

I'm going to use Valvoline maxlife on the next oil change, but what weight should I use? 10-30? 10-40? 5-30?

That's about all I can think of for now. Any advice/opinions will be much appreciated.

i'd do it all myself but that's up to you. for the rear i'd change it and refill with M1 or amsoil synthetic gear oil and gm posi additive if you have posi. for the trans i'd change oi land filter and refill with M1 trans fluid. for the engine i'd use 10w-30 M1 and AC oil filter. for the fuel filter i'd use a oem type replacement.

Normally I would do it all myself, but where I live, there's absolutely no place to work on the car. I can and am going to do wires, cap, rotor, coil myself, but getting under the car here really isn't doable unfortunately. Rules and regulations in this place suck. I just need to find a respectable place to get this done at now.
