Tag on block

I blew a head gasket so I figure now would be a good time for a cam swap and headers. When I went to remove Y-pipe from drivers side I found a tag on block
AC DELCO ENGINE
Remanufactured for General Motors
Part#12364627
Bore OS 030
Main Bearing 010
Thrust Bearing 000
Rod Bearing 010
ACD 97226
Serial #5054366

Now I assume this motor was replaced in the past by GM with a 030 overbore and the crank was machined also. Is there any way to tell if this was the original motor and was rebuilt or if it is a replacement. I cannot find any other #'s on it except 305 cast in the drivers side block near front of motor.

87,

The right front ledge of the case that extendds beyond the head should have a serial number that corresponds to the VIN digits. This number is stamped in the original machined surface, and may be obscured by grease and rust. If there is no number, or if the number doesn't match, the engine was probably not original.

The front area says K1127UFC the back drivers side above the bellhousing says GM50 and the pass side says CANADA I am wondering now is it capable of using factory roller cam and roller lifters there isn't one in there now but I think in some of the later GM blocks it was machined for both.

I called a local Chevy dealer and ran the part # but all they can tell me is it is a factory rebuilt 305 years are anywhere from 86 to 95. They cannot tell me even what cam is in the motor. If anyone can help with any info I would appreciate it. There has to be someone who could tell me what motor I have.
