I was out driving last night and when I stoped at the store car was idleing like crap checked a few things and headed home. Now it wont start at all. checked plugs wires cap and rotor one cylinder had bad corrosion on the dist cap but all the others were like new only about 11,000 mi on rebuild. was pretty shure engine would run w/only one dead miss. no abnormal sounds from engine when it was running bad. any other ideas. 355 carbed mech fuel pump new dist, cap, rotor, wires, coil and module at rebuild no vacume leaks

any suggestions would help

 

check for spark, fuel, compression. the basics and when you find the one that's missing you should have your no start problem 75% fixed

 

found pickup coil wires were cut I am guessing by the rotor. Replaced it and still would barely run
