Will this add Limited Slip (Posi-Trak) to my car?

Someone please lemme know if this is what I need, and what else i'll need if I want to put this into my 92 Bird.

Yes.
If you have 2-series gears (3.08 on down) they will not fit along with that carrier. You'll have to put a set of 3-series gears in it at the same time.
You should already have the right kind of axles.
