$1000...what to get?
I will soon have roughly $1000 what could I get on my 92 camaro? I want to have enough power to get some good times at the strip yet want to maintain my gas mileage. I'm sure this is everyone's goal however I want everyones opinions anyway. I ran a search and could not find specific info pertaining to my query.

Exhaust is always the first thing you should do to any 3rdgen.
Headers, y-pipe/catback, and muffler.
After that, maybe a better CAI setup, like L69 style or cowl induction.
