negative battery wire location?
I know this sounds stupid, but I could use some help. I disconnected the negative cable from the battery some time ago and can't for the life of me seem to find where it goes. I have a 1988 Form 350. Can someone please let me know where the end of the cable bolts into. The screw is a torx head and I would imagine it goes on the block or somewhere where it will ground. An exact description of location would be most appreciated. Thank you.

IIRC on the block on the pass side just above the damper. You should see the threaded hole she came out of.Not sure of which side, but it's just above and to the side of the damper area.

I looked and there is no hole near the damper. I moved the cable around in it's reach and it seems that it would screw into the bottom bolt of the power steering bracket. Could this be the spot? Any one with thhis year car and TPI setup to verify? Thanks for your response Dev. I am so pissed I did not label this wire.

I'm going by my '89, but I 'd think they would have it in the same spot. I know it was a bitch to find feeling around. I't s dead flush. Hopefully someone with an '88 can post up a pic or something?
