Please help! Negative battery wire location?

I have a 1988 Formula 350. I cannot for the life of me figure out where the negative battery cable screws into. I think it screws into the bottom bolt on the power steering bracket. Can someone with a Firebird and a TPI engine (Camaro battery is on the opposite side) please trace the wire and let me know where it ends (bolts into) I know this sounds stupid but I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

yes. on most third gens the negative cable goes to that bracket between a bolt. that OR on the panel near the fuel pump fuse ....either is acceptable. if you do choose to mount it anywhere but the bracket between bolts, make sure you get all the paint/grime off of the area, make sure its nice n silver to make a GOOD ground connection
