I think they're worth it. I bolted them on and felt a significant difference. Dont have any track times yet but will soon. It'll spank a new C5 like there's no tomorrow if that helps anything.

305,
I have an old set of the very early Gen 1 Twisted Wedge heads. They were the roughest castings I've ever seen - I mean these pups were gross.
But the basic design is solid, there was plenty of material left for porting, and I got the complete set with Crane roller rockers for $700. They work great on my 327.
The magazine tests I've read lately all rave over the new TW 23* heads - they will flow 250 CFM on the intake side right out of the box. Exhaust is perfect for stock or split-pattern cams.
For a street head, they're afully hard to beat - but Canfield still makes a head that competes in this category - it's just that TFS's new 23* head is cheapest.
Bottom line ?
Keep 'em.
