Failed emisions test...car's runing rich?

I went for an emisions test today, the car failed. Just two years ago, i went for my first test, and it failed then too. It wasn't until the injectors were replaced that i passed. The problem was that the injectors were faulty, making the car run extremely rich. This emmisions test is the same. I've only put on 14,000 Km since the first test (with the new injectors). Has anyone had this peculiar problem with their car??? I drive an 89' IROC, TPI, with a 305.

Assuming they gave you a print-out, give us the numbers for the various readings. That may help diagnose.

Rich often means bad O2 sensor. Or a clogged or burnt-out cat will also give high readings that can be mistaken for a rich condition. A previously rich condition can ruin both components.
