I set the mixture screws 7 turns out , lean stop 4 up, rich stop to 1/8 travel IAB adjusted to 30*ish on the dwell.Sprayed around for vac leaks didn't find any, adjusted valve lash twice with engine running. messed with the timing ,,,,,,HELP!!!!!!!

That doesn't sound like a very good cam for any kind of computer-controlled anything, but especially not for a non-tunable setup like the CC carb. I found that a 230° cam was too much in a 400 to really get the CC carb to work right with. Not surprisingly, the things I had the most trouble trying to get right, were idle and off-idle transition.
I'd suggest getting a ZZ4 cam and intake, off ebay or something. You can pick them up pretty cheap. That stuff will work much better than that cam you've got.

Thanks for the reply RB.
It idles fine in park, no flat spots when I crack the throttle. But when I put it in drive ,it idles rough and sometimes dies. I really, really don't wanna rip it apart. So you think it's the duration thats causing the problem?
It fluctuates around 500 - 600 in drive, when at 600 rpm it's ok, if I could only keep it there. I was hoping beyond all hope there was/is something to drill, slot, file, change to get me another 100 or so rpm. Dig deep into your bag"O" tricks please,please,please........
