My engine won't go above 500RPM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My engine won't go above 500RPM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After it runs awhile it will just keep stalling when its hot and won't go above 500 rpm and its pissing me off my Dad replaced the module in the cap and it seemed to help but the gas just won't stay lit I have stalled on roads already and it is puzzlingme whatis wrong!!!!!!!!!!!
