fixed idle in a very creative way...

yea right!

I was having problems with startup idle and I thought it was my comp.
really started to **** me off in a big way.
well..... I thought to myself "what if its just the IAC clogged up with s@@t.
so I got a can of carb cleaner and took off the ducting to the throtle body.
started the motor and got it to idle...(took me like 2 mins -- jezz!)
then put the red spray director into the IAC hole and leter rip!!!

wow the amount of black crap that came out of there was incredible!

needless to say my idle problems are fixed, thanks to all that helped.

By any chance is it a V6 3.1 engine. They seem to have problems with their IAC valves.
