timing marks

The timing marks on my lg4 are not numbered. There are three triangles. The one on the drivers side is the biggest. The timing recomendation is 0* btdc @ 500 rpm in drive. What triangle is 0*

THANKS

The middle of the "V" on the big triangle is 0... you really want that? I thought 6 was the number @ idle. That would be the middle of the next "V" over... then 8 is the last "V"... IIRC
