Hey, what's with all the talk about Italian exotics? What about the Germans? Anybody see the new Porche GT2? None of that traction control crap or AWD. The thing can get from 0-125 mph in 12 seconds! Sweet deal at only $180,000. I'd take that, one of those Ligenfelter corvettes and still have $700,000 left over. Hmmm...

I would definately sell the F1(if i got it for free) and buy a house, a vette, 1st 2nd 3rd gen camaro/firebird, a TTA, BMW M3, Porsche GT2, a '57 chevy, a sick audi, a bullit mustang(yes a mustang), a '64 red mustang(customized) a 300 HP Focus, a bunch o'f phat trucks, and any other car I drive by and think is cool. I could care less about getting a car for chicks 'cuz i can get'em anyways. Those are just my thoughts though.

Thanks for the link mtx28.. all should go look there... it envolves John Lingenfelter and Callaway.. can't get much sweeter than that... and where it says N/A for torque.. the number is 935 I do believe. I could be wrong.. but it is way more than any sane person would willingly try to harness..

Man I wish John Lingenfelter was my dad I'd have the BADDEST car! Wonder if he'd adopt? Anyone have his number? hehe I also remember him shoving a Corvette ZR1 engine in a truck one time and that was bad! The man has talent.

Man a Mclaren F1 would rock that vette so ****ing hard. It took him like 10 tries on slicks to get a 10.9. McLaren F1 will 11.2@135 with any good driver on street tires. Ohh yeah it also has a SMALLER engine 5.6liter V12 and it revs to around 9000 later egines were 6.0 liters. When you buy that car it costs around 100K bucks to get it reconditioned.

i think this has strayed a bit away from any technical discussion and turned into a bit of a flame war so i'm locking it. if any of you want to continue repost and we'll see where it goes. thanks for understanding.
