Two questions

1) How much valve lift are people comfortable with when using pinned rocker arm studs?

2) How do you fasten header wrap to headers?

Thanks.

Just a quick heads up on header wrap from my experience. Header wrap will cause the headers to "sweat", resulting in premature rusting-out of the header's primary tubes.
It's best to 'if you can afford it' to get the headers "Jet-Hot" coated... OR just leave them alone, unless you can afford to buy and install headers every few years.

If they don't sweat, they retain moisture picked up from puddles or whatever. Basically, once they get waterlogged and soaked, it's over for your headers.

I agree with the above, get them coated and be happy.

Oh, to answer your first question, i don't go by lift. I go by the spring pressure that I'm using. And i don't pin studs. I go to screw in studs the second i upgrade the springs/cam.
