Does it matter which way a carbed N2O plate goes?

I know the plate goes with the "up" arrow pointed up so that the N2O spray bar is on the top of the fuel bar and both pointing into the manifold. Does it matter if fuel comes in from the front or rear? My instructions say that fuel is supposed to be at the front (of the vehicle) but i already plumed it with the fuel in the rear due to convenience of mounting the solenoids. Should I change the other way around?

Makes no difference. As long as everything lines up, screws in, fits and doesn't leak.
