open element or just drop the K&n filter into the stock snorkel system. Is it really that much of a differnce? i just baught the K&n filter and pout it in, feels like its breathin easier at the High RPMs and i am impressed, but im wondering if i should take it back adn get a open element K&N setup... are they worth the money or should i keep the K&n filter in the stock intake

i say get the open element K&N setup and replace the top with thier Xtreme filter top. i'm sure u'll get worm air instead of cold air but o well. it'll still be more air flow.
