Faster?
I saw this website, wondered what people thought of it. Seemed like a bunch of good ideas, if a bit bombastic. Sure brought a smile to my face, though.

Sure liked the third-gen stuff he has on it, and he's got a nice Firebird Formula project car he's working on.

A bit bombastic? I've never seen someone write with such a love for their sound of their own voice outside of a freshman writing class.

People post links to his site all the time. Have been since he put that there some years ago. We all get a kick out of the distortions, half-truths, and exaggerations he put into it; a clever piece of writing. But as a wittier man than I once said, "It is as a tale told by an idiot; full of sound and fury, but signifying nothing".
What they fail to post, however, is that the site hasn't been updated AT ALL in a good 3 years, maybe 4; and that since he wrote all that ..... stuff, he has given up on TBI (at least for the purposes of going faster) and gone to a carb. A Holley IIRC. He posts on the carb board from time to time. You can maybe catch him over there and ask him how his TBI project is going if you see him.

I think he's gong aftermarket TPI on a Ligenfelter 403, he's going to dump it into his Formula after he does some more basic work to the car first. It has the L98 in it now, don't know what he's going to do with that yet.

Last I knew it had some random 350 from nowhere in particular in his car (a Firebird I think it is), don't recall what heads were on it, but whatever it was, it was because it was cheap / free / all he could afford. Same for the carb he used if memory serves me right.
He's not the kind of guy that would be buying Lingenfelter bottom ends. That's just not how he does things. And even more so about the "aftermarket TPI".... pigs will fly in flocks long before he does anything of the kind. I think you've got him confused with someone else.
