350 buildup on a budget

350 buildup on a budget
What kind of crank and rods would you suggest for a 350 buildup, since the engine i am getting does not have those. I am aiming for around 300hp at the crank.

buy a cast crank and factory rods, might be cheaper to find an engine with everything in it.
