Axle/Gears: strange 12 bolt 3.73's

fuel pump relay for 305 tbi

i know that there are 2 fuel pump relays right beside the brake booster. now then on the other side to the left of the a/c against the fire wall there is a simular looking thing. that looks just like a fuel pump relay what is it and what does it do?

There is only one fuel pump relay. The other relay (sort of oval made in some foreign country job on some cars) is for the fan and the larger rectangular one is for the fuel pump.
