motor starts runs fine until it gets warm at around 220, then it starts coughing and hesitating, i gotta put it in nuetral at stops so it wont die,any ideas?

Just a WAG but maybe the coolant temp. sensor... A bad CTS that the ECM doesnt catch will cause a hot engine to run like poo with all the extra fuel.
