burning way too much oil.

At start up i burn oil, then while my car is warming up it is burning oil. But once my car is warmed up at about 200 it stops. I think it is my vale guides and valve stems. what do you guys think?

sounds like it, you ought to do a compression test to find out the condition of the rings and valves.
