windshield wiper motor

I ran a few searches but I was unable to find any useful information.

Can anyone tell me what wiper motors are interchangeable? I have an 87 Iroc with intermittent wipers and my motor needs to be replaced. I figured I'd start checking ebay and classified section but I want to make sure I get the right one.

Thanks

From: out of my mind; be back in 5 minutes....
Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
There were three different styles of motor, each one having twwo different types.
Confused yet? Read on...
The two different types were: delay and non-delay.
The different styles were: 82-83 used the large bodied short motor; the 84-87 used the narrower, longer motor and had a different bolt pattern than the 82-83, and the 88-92 had a different plug-in and I believe seperate washer motors.

The motor you are seeking was also used on the early to late 80's G-bodies - Monte Carlo, Cutlass, Regal - as well.

The motors themselves are the same for delay and non-delay from 84-87, only the electronics in the cover are different.
