fuel pump fuse
fuel pump fuse
i'm trying to change the fuel filter but dont know which fuse controls the fuel pump so i can relieve the fuel preasure. all the diagrams i have are different than the block in my car. i have a 91 z28 with a 5.7L. There are two inj 01 and inj02, is it one of those? please help?
Man do i feel sorry for you a fuel pump in that car is a PITA. You dont need to take a fuse out to change it there isnt ,mutch pressure in the system when it is off so you will be fine. GL!

The fuse is typically back by the tank. There should be a little fuse housing bolted up the the sheet metal between the tank and the back seats. You really don't need to bother though. If the car has been off for awhile, the pressure will bleed down by itself. You might want to have a drain pan handy when you disconnect the lines for fuel will spill out. Cold gas running down your arm sucks
