Octane, Oil weight, spark plugs, what temp should I be expecting?

Dang it guys, the more I think about this camaro the more I think I am going to screw it up. The person I bought it from has NO idea what weight oil, temp, spark plugs or octane to use....here is my engine info.

350 Chevy, 9:1 Compression (Forged pistons), Steel Crankshaft, AFR Aluminum Heads and Rocker Arms, 2.02 Valves, Super Ram Intake Manifold, 36 lb. Injectors, 500 HP Fuel Pump, 6 lb. Paxton Supercharger, Custom Headers, 3 inch Flowmaster Exhaust, Accel MSD Electronics, Worked 700 R4 Transmission

I haven't even got to see it in person yet and I am stressin out. Should I be running 94 octane or lower? What temps should this engine be safe at? What should I expect the transmission temps to be? How often should I change my supercharger oil? How much is a rebuild kit? How much does one dyno run cost? UGH

I have already ask some of these questions but i am in a bit of a last second buyers remorse panic...

I want to install B&M shifter, Trans cooler temp gauge and cooler.....
