Valve cover weight?

How much do the stock covers weight? just curious, Doug

Next to nothing. Probably 1/2 lb per cover.

valve covers for what? since you didn't say i'll go with .2 ounce and not say from what.

assuming all other is equal, i would only be asking for my own benifit, therefore one would assume the question concerns the valve covers for my very own car. from my sig and more obviously my 'screen name' one could assume more than needed to answer the question. ignorance is bliss. doug

yeah the car in your sig was the first thing i thought of too but then i remembered the valve cover (breather also) on the B&S engines i use to run on my race karts and thought it better to be sure and not look stupid by guessing the weight of a valve cover you didn't care about.
