No Start - Very weak combustions
86 Camaro (2.8 Multiport) - Been sitting since last fall.
The engine cranks fine, and we can hear very small explosions in the cylinders and the exaust pipes heat up a bit, so there is obviously some combustion, but its very very weak, not enough to even come close to starting the engine. There is good spark, brand new fuel pump, new fuel lines, new cap, we changed the injectors and fuel rail and still got the same results.
The fuel pressure seems good (haven't actually measured it yet), but I'm going to measure it today just to make sure because this is the only thing I can think of that could be wrong.
Does anyone have any other ideas why it might not be starting completely?
