jet a set of easy outs. drill a hole in the bolt and use the easy out to remove it.
A 3/16" left hand drill bit would be worth a try. Just be certain you spot punch the very center and drill straight down the center. If that doesn't work, step up to 1/4". Then 5/16", Then retap the hole.
Don't forget to use anti seize compound on the bolts when you reassemble so you never have this problem again.
