Broke a Rocker Stud...

my friend was doing me a favor and was changing my cam for me (and showing me how to do it) when we realized that i had broken one of the rocker arm stud on the #6 cyl. it was a mission to get out, and i really don't want to have to go through that again... so here's my question. what do i need to buy so this never happens again, and what brand would be the best? i know i need to get stronger stud bolts (arp?), but is there anything else i need to get to make sure this NEVER happens again? thanks for all your help guys!

Check the dampers inside the springs if it came with them. I had a damper break and the piece wedge in between coils causing a binding situation. That snapped the rocker arm. It could be any type of binding scenerio or just a bad stud.
