my car shakes so much in idle.. wats the reason for this and how can i change it?

What does it idle at, give it a small amount of gas see if it stalls,
It sounds like either ur fuel filter is dirty or your timing is off.

mm 500? when i give gas it doesnt shake n stuff.. if i just keep my foot a lil on the gas. like 700 or 1000 its fine.
